Named for the ancient Churra sheep of Spain. It is woolly, just like the sheep, and has red and yellow stripes somewhat reminescent the the churro pastry. Plum shape as it is a very deep globe to a slight roma shape. The foliage is covered with silver green angora-like hairs.
